The property is at a great location with quick access to masjid an nabawi. The room was very clean and room service were very efficient. All staff were very friendly and welcoming. Special mention to Sister Amal, at the reception, who was extremely kind and welcoming. She would call to check up on us and ensure that anything we needed was sorted for us.

The location was unparalleled.My objective was to be as close to the Grand Mosque Al Nawabi as possible to be able to offer my prayers at least 5 times a day.Since my visit was for spiritual purpose I received the card and attention and sincerity of all the staff there for which I will always be grateful. I had extended my stay another two days making it it 7 days. It started with Mr.Adnan the Duty Manager ever so kind and helpful. I opted to eat most of my meals at the hotel restaurant and in service. There I found Rest Supervisor MrRezaul always attentive and helpful. But the person who played an important role was Humayun Ahmed Room Service Supervisor on Duty for dinner also so helpful and suggestive .. he was really fantastic with his team with Ariful Huq. Humayun used to call me if there is anything I wanted to eat to order the chef He made me feel so comfortable. And Ariful was always there. Breakfast plated an important role during my stay and at the rest in the morning a caring lady Shirin was always asking my requirements. Thank you Shirin. Humayun Ariful and Shirin really did take good care of me. House Keeping Mehedi was asking each day if comfortable or not. But the House keeper for my room all 6 days was Sohel .. a young bright sincere boy .. he deserves a lot of praise. If I needed water towels, help with my beddings and extras in the bathroom. This boy deserves all my good wishes. My 5+2 days stay at this property was a memorable one.. the location the staff was just perfect .. I intend to visit Madinah again soon and will stay in this property and recommend to my friends and family to stay here for sure. Thank you all for a memorable stay for me.

Great hotel, clean and excellent customer service. Amal kept checking if everything was ok and Jaffar made sure that the rooms were cleaned and had all items needed. Good location but there is somework going on right outside but just a little walk around.

Fatima was very helpfull. Alao the receptionist gave us an upgrade when we missed our flight and were late checking in. The service was impresive and hotel is next to prophets mosque. The room was masaive, the bed was very commfortable and had the beat sleep.

Room Services provided by MD Ali and Farukh Ahmmad was very Good. We ordered couple of times lunch and dinner and it was very good and fresh. Haram view was superb.

Very convenient especially when traveling with a toddler. They have a play area for kids and my daughter loved it. We even upgraded (paid 80 extra) to get a view of the Masjid and it was amazing! The property is literally right infront of the masjid and on the left hand side there are restaurants i.e. kfc, hardees, krispy kremes etc. will definitely stay here again in sha Allah! Staff were exceptional and so helpful. Cleaning, restaurant and dry cleaning were so lovely!
